Metabolic & Digestive Disorders

Digestive and metabolic disorders occur when the body struggles to break down food, absorb nutrients or maintain a balanced metabolism.

Stress, Anxiety & Burnout

Stress and burnout occur when the mind and nervous system stay overwhelmed for too long.

Chronic Fatigue & Low Immunity

Chronic fatigue and low immunity arise when the body’s essence — Ojas — becomes depleted. This weakens digestion, resilience, emotional stability and immunity.

Obesity & Weight Management

Ayurveda sees weight gain as a sign of Kapha accumulation, slow digestion, emotional eating patterns or hormonal imbalance.

Fibromyalgia & Chronic Pain

Fibromyalgia and chronic pain involve hypersensitive nerves, inflammation, muscle tension and emotional strain.

Male & Female Sexual Dysfunction

Sexual dysfunction can arise from stress, hormonal changes, fatigue, circulation issues or emotional disconnect. Ayurveda links this to imbalance in Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue).

Allergies & Skin Disorders

Skin and allergy issues often develop when digestion, immunity or inflammation is disrupted. Ayurveda connects these conditions to Pitta imbalance, toxin buildup, and lymph stagnation.

Headaches & Migraines

Headaches and migraines can result from stress, tension, digestive issues, inflammation or hormonal shifts. Ayurveda sees this as blocked energy, increased Vata or overheated Pitta.

Menopause

Menopause and hormonal changes can create emotional, physical and metabolic fluctuations.
Ayurveda sees this as shifting Vata and Pitta, affecting heat, emotions, sleep and digestion.

Sleep Disorders

Sleep issues occur when the nervous system is overstimulated or digestion and hormones are out of balance. Ayurveda sees this as a Vata imbalance.

Ayurvedic Therapies

Our Sri Lanka programmes are based on Ayurvedic principles, which focus on supporting wellbeing by understanding your individual constitution (prakriti) and helping balance the three doshas of Vata, Pitta and Kapha, through personalised routines. Depending on suitability, programmes may include traditional therapies such as Abhyanga, Shirodhara and herbal poultice therapy, alongside nutrition, daily rhythm and lifestyle guidance to promote relaxation and overall wellbeing. We do not claim to treat or cure medical conditions.
