These Terms govern use of this website and any services purchased from Ayurveda Medical Limited (trading as Ayurveda Medical).

2) What we provide

We provide wellbeing coordination and support services, which may include discovery calls, suitability screening, programme recommendations, coordination with Sri Lanka providers, and optional arrangement of a UK medical safety review (where offered/selected).

3) What we do not provide

We do not provide emergency care, diagnosis, prescribing, or treatment of disease. Website information is not medical advice. If urgent call 999 / NHS 111.

4) Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and seek medical advice where appropriate. Do not stop/change prescribed medication without speaking to a clinician.

5) Suitability and safety

Some therapies may not be suitable for everyone. We may recommend changes, request medical clearance, or decline services on safety grounds.

6) Optional UK medical safety review (if offered/selected)

Any review focuses on general safety considerations and signposting and is not emergency care.

7) Travel and accommodation (Option A)

We do not sell flights, holidays, or travel packages. Any flights/accommodation/transfers/tours are booked by you directly with third parties under their terms.

8) Sri Lanka provider relationship

Programmes are delivered by Sri Lanka providers under their terms. We coordinate and support, but providers are responsible for delivery.

9) Fees and payment

10) Cancellations and refunds

11) Rescheduling

You may reschedule a booked call with at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed calls may be treated as delivered.

12) Liability

Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be limited (including for death/personal injury caused by negligence or fraud). Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect/unforeseeable losses and not liable for third-party travel or provider services. Outcomes vary and are not guaranteed.

13) Complaints and ADR

Contact info@ayurvedamedical.co.uk. At deadlock we will provide details of an approved ADR provider and confirm whether we will use ADR.

England and Wales.
