Ayurveda Medical

Bridging The Gap Between Modern Medicine And Ayurvedic Wisdom.

We coordinate personalised wellbeing programmes delivered by experienced Ayurvedic providers in Sri Lanka. Our role is to help you choose a suitable programme, understand what’s involved, and support you before, during and after your stay.

Important: We do not provide emergency care, diagnosis or treatment of medical conditions. Our programmes are intended to support wellbeing and can be used alongside your usual medical care.

This call is for information and suitability screening only. If you need urgent medical help call 999 (or NHS 111 for urgent advice).

A structured wellbeing plan informed by Ayurvedic principles (therapies, nutrition, routine and rest)

Suitability screening and safety guidance so you understand what may or may not be appropriate for you

Optional medical safety review by UK-registered doctors (focused on general safety and medication considerations)

Support coordinating your programme with our Sri Lanka partner providers

Clear, written programme information (what’s included, what to expect, practical preparation)

Follow-up check-ins after your programme to help you maintain changes at home

Wellbeing Concerns

eople contact us for support with concerns such as:

Digestive Comfort and Metabolic Wellbeing

Digestive and metabolic disorders occur when the body struggles to break down food, absorb nutrients or maintain a balanced metabolism.

Stress, Burnout and Relaxation Support

Stress and burnout occur when the mind and nervous system stay overwhelmed for too long.

Low Energy and Fatigue Support

Chronic fatigue and low immunity arise when the body’s essence — Ojas — becomes depleted. This weakens digestion, resilience, emotional stability and immunity.

Persistent Aches and Pain-Comfort Support

Fibromyalgia and chronic pain involve hypersensitive nerves, inflammation, muscle tension and emotional strain.

Weight And Lifestyle Goals

Ayurveda sees weight gain as a sign of Kapha accumulation, slow digestion, emotional eating patterns or hormonal imbalance.

Vitality And Intimacy Wellbeing

Sexual dysfunction can arise from stress, hormonal changes, fatigue, circulation issues or emotional disconnect. Ayurveda links this to imbalance in Shukra dhatu (reproductive tissue).

Skin Comfort and Sensitivity Support

Skin and allergy issues often develop when digestion, immunity or inflammation is disrupted. Ayurveda connects these conditions to Pitta imbalance, toxin buildup, and lymph stagnation.

Head Tension / Migraine Wellbeing Support

Headaches and migraines can result from stress, tension, digestive issues, inflammation or hormonal shifts. Ayurveda sees this as blocked energy, increased Vata or overheated Pitta.

Menopause Wellbeing

Menopause and hormonal changes can create emotional, physical and metabolic fluctuations.
Ayurveda sees this as shifting Vata and Pitta, affecting heat, emotions, sleep and digestion.

Sleep Wellbeing

Sleep issues occur when the nervous system is overstimulated or digestion and hormones are out of balance. Ayurveda sees this as a Vata imbalance.

We do not claim to treat, cure or prevent disease. Individual outcomes vary and results are not guaranteed.
