This policy applies to Ayurveda Medical coordination/support services only.

1) Free discovery calls

No payment → no refunds.

2) 14-day cooling-off (services bought at a distance)

If you are a consumer, you can usually cancel within 14 days of the contract date.

3) Early start within 14 days (express request)

If you ask us to start within the 14 days and later cancel, you may owe a proportionate amount for work completed.

4) Cancelling within 14 days

• If we haven’t started work: full refund
• If we have started at your request: refund minus a proportionate amount for work done

5) Cancelling after 14 days (our staged policy)

• Cancel before written programme recommendation delivered → refund 100% minus £[admin fee]
• Cancel after recommendation, before coordination begins → refund [50%]
• Cancel after coordination has started → no refund

6) Sri Lanka provider fees and travel costs (not sold by us)

Sri Lanka programme fees are paid directly to the Sri Lanka provider and subject to their refund policy. Flights/accommodation/transfers/tours are booked by you directly with third parties.

7) How to cancel

Email info@ayurvedamedical.co.uk with your name, booking reference and a clear cancellation statement.

8) Refund timing

Refunds processed within 14 days of confirmation (subject to lawful deductions).
